Haridasan Panniyam Velli (affectionately called Hari) is a science graduate and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and Global Business school IMD Lausanne, Switzerland. His impressive academic credentials include securing the Best Final Student award at state level.

He launched his professional career as an Auditor with one of the leading Audit firms in Mumbai, India. After gaining a sound platform in accounting and auditing principles, he leaped into the ever challenging corporate world and worked in various capacities with leading companies across industries.

For the next 20 years, he steered many a company to admirable growth by conceptualizing service standards, constantly bench marking against industry standards, and establishing track records.

His vision and sheer dedication were duly noticed and he was entrusted with Operational responsibilities of various businesses in Electronics, Engineering, Computers and Software, Human Resources, and Knowledge Based Services sectors.

In every role that he diverged from his core competency of Finance and Accounting, he performed with elan and was involved in top management strategy formulation, effective implementation, and review of business strategies and strengthening the businesses.
