How is the function being performed?

- Data Entry & Accounting to be completed on the Client ERP
- Reports to be saved on the Client's Secured Access Shared Folder

Are there any contract and SLAs in place?
SBS India has well defined contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the clients to draw up a clear cut Statement of Work (SOWs) for the processes to be migrated. This facilitates clear definition of roles and responsibilities at all levels and makes it easier the actual health of the process.
Is there any minimum number of employees for whom you provide the service?
Payroll Outsourcing can work out as feasible if the payroll for a minimum of 25-50 employees is to be outsourced. This is the minimum quantity for an organization to achieve efficiency gains by way of offshoring the process.
